Your Tasks

Identify and explore emerging technologies with potential to innovate and enhance our digital landscape Keep up with the latest developments in the world of artificial intelligence to identify and leverage its potential in credit risk management In collaboration with internal stakeholders, identify the business needs which can be addressed with new technology and challenge the status quo Develop and execute a digitalization strategy for our lending processes Lead projects and initiatives to drive the adoption of new methods, tools and processes

Required Competencies

Ability to think strategically, understand our goals and market dynamics and translate them into actionable digital strategies and initiatives Track record and strong interest in the fields of technology, digitalization and artificial intelligence Understanding of credit risk management in banking Creative mindset to generate new ideas that drive digital transformation and business growth Understanding of product development processes, including idea generation, concept validation, prototyping and launching
