Retail CRM and Dealer Channel Specialist (m/f/x).
At our location in Salzburg we manage 12 growth markets of the sales region Central and Southeastern Europe. In our department Customer Journey Operations, we are looking for important support in the area of Retail CRM and Dealer Channels (Presales and Sales Systems) to meet our customer’s experience by providing Premium Services.
What awaits you?
You are the Specialist regarding all Retail CRM, presales and sales processes and you act as the main contact regarding Dealer Channel relevant topics. The applications in your responsibility are: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales Assistant 3 Plus, Test Drive Solution and Consent Collection App. User support and access management: You ensure the permanent availability of the user support, you steer external partners and you are the escalation instance regarding mentioned applications. Release Management: Coordination of UATs and approval of releases. Main contact person and coordinator for the central SA3 team and the CS region markets. Execution of UATs when needed. Requirement Management: You take care of requirements in the department, including feasibility checks, effort assessment, prioritization, time planning, release of requirements and coordination with central project teams. Budget responsibility for operations support, requirement and release management including offer, PO and invoice handling. Yearly definition of Sales Funnel and Consent Collection relevant bonus criteria and quarterly provision of reports to measure the bonus-relevant KPIs. As the one responsible for retail processes in alignment with the Retail CRM Expert, you keep a high user know-how by providing up-to-date user training documents and by coordinating user trainings. Microsoft Dynamics Retail CRM related License Management. You support the TNR team regarding data cleansing and data migration for the new direct sales model related applications.What should you bring along?
Technical college degree, technical training and / or experience with sales processes and systems. Business and IT affinity with high problem-solving orientation. Good analytical and organizational management skills. Strong communication skills. High flexibility, willingness to work and to take responsibility. High level of self-organization and pro-active work approach. Strong in-house customer support orientation. Fluent written and spoken English. German knowledge is an advantage.
