Unser Kunde mit Sitz in Innsbruck hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, unstrukturierte klinische Daten in strukturierte Real World Data umzuwandeln, um eine fortschrittliche personalisierte Medizin zu schaffen.

Aktuell sind sie auf der Suche nach einem weiteren klugen Kopf, welcher das kleine Team als Frontend Developer mit seiner Expertise unterstützen wird.

Aufgaben

Da du ein Profi bist, wird dir sehr viel Gestaltungsspielraum gegeben. Dies könnten einige deiner Aufgaben sein:

  • Optimierung der Benutzeroberfläche des selbstentwickelten Human-in-the-Loop Machine-Learning-Systems (zur Informationsextraktion aus Freitext-elektronischen Gesundheitsakten).
  • Verantwortlich für die Erweiterung und Verbesserung des statistischen Analysetools für medizinische Daten.
  • Unterstützung bei der Entscheidungsfindung über zukünftige Frontend-Technologien und Technologiewechsel.
  • Verwaltung der Interaktionen mit REST-API Machine-Learning- und Daten-Backends.
  • Arbeit mit dedizierten Servern sowie auf der Google-Cloud-Plattform unter Verwendung von CI/CD.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem multidisziplinären Team von medizinischen Fachleuten, Entwicklern und Deep-Learning-Forschern.
Qualifikation
  • In Deutschland oder Österreich ansässig oder planst einen Umzug dorthin.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Scientific Programmer oder Frontend-Entwickler in der Datenvisualisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Python BlocklyML, Python Steamlit oder Ähnlichem
  • Kenntnisse einer oder mehreren Frontend-Programmiersprachen wie z.B. React, Angular oder Vue - du bist nicht auf eine bestimmte Programmiersprache fixiert.
  • Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Kenntnisse in der Analyse komplexer Architekturen und in der eigenständigen Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Fließende Englisch- und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Google Cloud Platform, Docker und Gitlab CI/CD sind ein Plus.
