Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung für die Identifizierung, Entwicklung und Pflege von strategischen IT Partnerschaften innerhalb des Konzerns
  • Unterstützung der IT Produktorganisation und des IT Management in der übergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Units
  • Zyklische Evaluierung und Weiterentwicklung des IT Portfolios in Abstimmung mit den Auftraggebern und den IT Produktteams
  • Gestaltung und Förderung der interne Organisationsentwicklung, um die Effizienz der IT-Produktorganisation sicherzustellen
  • Übergreifendes Risikomanagement und Eskalationsinstanz für die IT Produktteams und die Business Units
  • Mitarbeit in der IT Projektportfolio-, Demand- und Projektmanagementgovernance

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftlichen Ausbildung (FH, Universität, o.ä.) und zumindest 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Unternehmensberatung oder Partner-Management
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und ein Teamplayer mit diplomatischen Geschick
  • Englisch und Deutsch beherrschst Du in Wort und Schrift auf Vorstandspräsentationslevel
  • Du hast Routine mit state-of-the-art Vorgehensweisen in der Zusammenarbeit
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Business Intelligence Tools
  • Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikations-, Visualisierungs- und Moderationsfertigkeiten
  • Du beziehst die beteiligten Teams aktiv mit ein und sorgst mit klaren Zielen, sowie Erwartungsmanagement für Motivation
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Affinität zu IT Themen
