Für ein internationales und traditionsreiches Unternehmen aus Österreich suchen wir einen ERP-Solutions Specialist (m/w/x) mit MS Dynamics 365 Kenntnissen. In der Position des ERP- Solutions Specialists spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der ERP-Solutions.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Solutions zuständig
  • Du administrierst und optimierst die ERP-Solutions & koordinierst die Umsetzung mit externen Partnern
  • Du erstellst und pflegst die ERP-Solutions Dokumentation
  • Du wirkst bei IT-Projekten mit und leistest einen Beitrag zu deren Umsetzung
  • Du unterstützt das Support Team, falls es zu Engpässen in Supportanfragen (1st und 2nd Level Support)
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (Fachschule oder Uni), oder du hast du bist ein Quereinsteiger und hast dich durch Kurse und Selbststudium weiterentwickelt
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen mit MS Dynamics 365 sammeln (von Vorteil wären MC Dynamics Finance & Operations)
  • Du bist IT-Affin und bist bereit, dich kontinuierlich mit neuen IT-Anwendungen auseinanderzusetzten
  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast einen ausgeprägten Kundenservice
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du hast einen proaktiven, anpackenden Arbeitsstil und bist ein absoluter Teamplayer
  • Idealerweise bringst Du Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Azure und MS SQL Server mit
  • Du spricht fließend Deutsch (ab B2 Niveau) und Englisch
