As a Payroll Analyst (EMEA Specialist) within our Global Payroll Team, you’ll manage payroll vendor relationships and HRSS to Payroll workflows to deliver accurate and timely payroll services to our colleagues across the region, ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory standards.
You’ll also play a key role in driving ongoing improvement and transformation initiatives, a perfect opportunity to grow and develop your skills with us.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end processing of international payrolls (imports, data keying into ADP Workforce Now and Celergo payroll systems, fixed & variable changes, manual calculations, reports, reconciliations Maintaining accurate payroll records Work with external payroll partners and manage the process and resulting queries throughout the payroll cycle Ensure all tax year end processes and annual filings such as those relating to benefits in kind are submitted efficiently and in advance of the statutory deadlines Initiate payment to employees, local authorities and third parties as necessary Deal with day-to-day payroll inbox queries in a prompt and professional manner Stakeholder management, ensure the wider HR team, Finance, Payments team and Business Unit Managers feel supported in relation to payroll related queries Build effective working relationships and credibility with all key stakeholders within the business and third-party providers Ensure all data is managed and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection regulations (GDPR) Provide support, coaching and mentorship to junior team membersRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR (or other relevant area) CIPP or global equivalent Knowledge of payroll legislation and employment laws, practices and procedures 5 years in payroll, minimum of 3 of which on a global basis Experience of EMEA payrolls and their respective legislation for the countries. Other country experience also welcome. Ability to speak French, Spanish and/or ItalianDesired Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment Strong Excel skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good team working skills with ability to work independently and as part of a wider global team Strong financial skills and knowledge, including basic understanding of balance sheet and budgeting Working knowledge of ADP Celergo and Oracle preferred Experience of working through changeWhy work at Stats Perform?
