Job Introduction Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.As a future project manager you will lead projects in the Strategic Business Unit "Defence" and be responsible for implementing our voice communication solutions for our international customers. Key Tasks Overall commercial, social and technical responsibility (together with the Lead System Engineer) over international customer projects  Active planning, control and coordination of project resources (budgets, milestones, quality, deadlines, tasks, etc.)  Ongoing reporting of project status as well as compliance and tracking of agreed goals and project standards  Participation and application in risk, claim and change management processes Internal and external stakeholder management  Elaboration of change requests and support of the proposal in coordination with Sales Key Qualifications Completed business or technical education e.g. HTL/HAK  At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a project manager (ideally: IT or SW projects)  Knowledge and practical experience of common PM tools and methods  Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage  High level of customer understanding and confident demeanor coupled with independent action and a high level of commitment  Analytical thinking and good comprehension of technical contexts (telecommunications/IT)  Strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented approach to challenges in the team and with the customer  Project management certification advantageous  Approx. 10-15 % willingness to travel Our Values Around 2,200 employees are committed to creating a safer world with their innovative strength and technology orientation.
