  • Identifizierung, Ansprache und Gewinnung von qualifizierten Kandidaten in deinem Fachbereich
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines umfangreichen Netzwerks von Fach- und Führungskräften
  • Durchführung von telefonischen und persönlichen Interviews, um die Eignung der Kandidaten zu bewerten
  • Beratung von Kunden in Bezug auf ihre Recruitment Strategie und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl geeigneter Kandidaten
  • Identifizierung potenzieller Kunden, Ansprache und Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften
  • Proaktives Beziehungsmanagement mit bestehenden Kunden
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Personalbeschaffung oder Personalberatung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Identifizierung und Ansprache von Kandidaten über verschiedene Kanäle
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
