Great people, great instrumentsProduct Specialist in the field of Viscometry (f/m/x) Austria : Graz‎For our highly accurate measuring instruments, we are looking for professionals who not only have a deep technical understanding of the measuring device but are also capable of conveying the capabilities and advantages of these devices in training sessions and presentations. Together with product management, you will form the interface between the customer and sales.Responsibilities:Planning and conducting sales and customer trainingApplication support (verification and validation of measuring devices or measurement data, field test supervision, functional device tests)Application consulting and support for customers, sales subsidiaries, and sales partners or projects (including key accounts)Conducting customer and order measurementsClose collaboration with product management, sales, and customer serviceCreation and maintenance of sales and customer documentationWork on norms and standardizationCreation of product specifications for software and firmware and their testingParticipation in product development and market introduction of new productsFurther development of the application portfolio - development of new and strategic applications and documentation in coordination with product managementOccasional execution of installations, commissioning, device training, or troubleshooting domestically and abroadRequirements:Completed technical education (TU, FH) in chemistry, process engineering, or a comparable fieldAt least 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar roleVery good command of German and English, both spoken and writtenExperience in the field of viscometry or rheology is an advantageAnalytical and solution-oriented working styleStrong customer focusTeam spirit, determination, high self-motivation, and resilienceGood presentation and communication skillsBasic understanding of software and firmware developmentConfident handling of toxic or harmful substances (limited to a few cases per year)Willingness to travel up to 10%We offer you:A reliable and long-term workplace in our expanding and international high-tech companyAn innovative company culture that promotes technical excellence guaranteeing us the position of a technological leader in the global marketA value-oriented working environment that fosters friendly, supportive cooperation between colleagues and, at the same time, provides room for involvement, dedication and individual responsibilityIndividual training and onboardingWork Outside Office (occasion-related possibility to work outside the office)Professional and personal development
This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications.
