In dieser Rolle bist du dafür verantwortlich das Team bei der Durchführung von Vergütungsanalysen zu unterstützen, Vergütungspläne zu verwalten und die Einhaltung lokaler Gesetze und Vorschriften sicherzustellen. Deine Rolle ist in der Abteilung Group Remuneration & Reporting eingebettet, die Teil der Group People & Culture Division ist.

Deine Tasks
  • Analyse von Gehältern und Erstellung von Berichten zu relevanten Kennzahlen (KPI's) sowie die Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung der gruppenweiten Pay Equity Initiative durch Beratung von HR-Kolleg:innen und dem Management in allen vergütungsbezogenen Fragen
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Gehaltsvergleiche und Bewertungen von Stellen, um marktgerechte Vergütungen sicherzustellen
  • Mitarbeit an spannenden Projekten mit der Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen aktiv einzubringen und umzusetzen
Was du mitbringst
  • Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Compensation & Benefits oder einer gleichwertigen HR-Funktion (z.B. HR-Controlling)
  • Du bist proaktiv, hast eine starke Hands-on-Mentalität und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen zusammen
  • Du bist Excel-Profi, hast einen klaren Blick für Details und kannst zielgruppengerecht präsentieren
  • Englisch fließend; Deutsch mindestens auf B-2 Level
