Your key responsibilitiesLead the commercial workstream in innovation projects for new solutions & services with responsibility for target product profile, go-to-market strategy, regional onboarding and engagement and business caseDevelop differentiated positioning, including application programs and value proposition for new solutions & servicesCoordinate with the regions, operating units, and local markets to execute the launch of new solutions & servicesProvide technical support to key customers & other key industry stakeholders such as genetic companies for new solutions & services together with the local teamsTrack competitor activities and gather intelligence on their competing offerings for new solutions & servicesCollaborate with regional and OU teams to define the fees & grants allocation for new solutions & services for their specific specieDefine the program and coordinate the execution of specific specie days working with the regions and OUsDevelop strong relationships and network with specie experts across ANH and ensure they are trained on new solutions & serviceWe bring A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindsetA flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcomeBarrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected – regardless of their background, beliefs, or identityA firm belief that working together with our customers is the key to achieving great things;An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better futureYou bringMin. 7 years of marketing and technical expertise in the global animal nutrition IndustrySpecies Expert Swine Strong business background, experience and interest in commercial business development, marketing concepts, and solution selling environment English fluent, any other language is a plusTravel Readiness 40% globallydsm-firmenich is fully dedicated to inclusion because when people feel engaged and empowered, their creativity and innovation drives unprecedented progress.
