Your mission:Prepare and manage IT projects in the field of Digitalisation within Global HR – independent of modules and specific processes.Ensure business requirements are efficiently translated into sustainable technical configuration – together with our HR/IT organisation and our implementation partners in projects and along the full platform lifecycle.Take ownership for sustainable daily technical operations in the area of SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession Management and Recruiting.Serve as the point of contact for internal and external project partners in Group IT.Act as the interface of Group IT in driving digital transformation within Mondi’s HR Processes.Your profile:You have a genuine passion in HR technology – and a value-oriented, sustainable approach towards its implementation.Attention to detail, accuracy, high service orientation, and a reliable, solution-oriented, hands-on mentality.You have 3+ experience in managing IT projects and/or managing HR processes from a technical perspective.University degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
