You will be the link between product development for our battery testing systems and the market - the sales organizations and customers around the world - and further develop our product portfolio.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze market and competitive conditions: Examine global market demand, trends and the competitive landscape to best position our product portfolioDevelop product strategies: Create, develop and report the product strategy, roadmap and business plansManage requirements and costs: Define and prioritize product requirements and features and set and optimize cost targetsCoordinate with Research & Development (R&D): Communicate the product vision and goals with the R&D project manager and the development teamExecute product launches: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and support products through all lifecycle phasesSupport sales and marketing: Assist in proposal preparation, present our products and create marketing and sales documentsOrganize events and training courses: Plan and coordinate congresses, publications and customer workshops as well as conduct product training for the sales teamYOUR PROFILE:Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in electrical engineering, physics, telematics, industrial engineering or a comparable fieldAt least 3 years of professional experience in relation to direct current sources or high-voltage batteriesExperience in product management and technical salesExcellent communication and teamwork skills to clearly convey complex ideasStrong marketing and presentation skillsHigh level of self-organization and goal orientationAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyCommercial and strategic thinkingBusiness fluent in German and EnglishWillingness to travel internationally on businessWE OFFER:Various working time models, flextime and the possibility of working from homeContributing to a safer and more sustainable future of mobilityTraining and development programs for your individual career growthPersonalized onboarding process including a mentoring systemHealth talks, seminars and e.g. check-ups as part of our broad health programCompany sports club with more than 30 sections and regular sports events/tripsAnnual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: 70,000.00.
