KNIME is growing rapidly and were seeking smart, motivated, and creative people to assist us in achieving our ambitious scaling goals in the APAC region. Right now, we are looking for a Partner Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at KNIME in Singapore. Who You Are You're a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong background in partner management, particularly within the APAC technology landscape. You're a self-starter who thrives in an independent role, comfortable with building something from the ground up. You have a track record of success in sales, operations, channel partnerships, customer success, or account management at a software company. You are analytical and use data to make decisions on where to spend time and money. An Expert in Your Field : You have a deep understanding of the APAC market, including the cultural and business nuances of key countries. You've successfully built and managed channel partnerships before and know what it takes to drive revenue through a partner ecosystem. A Strategic Relationship Seller : You love building relationships and are revenue oriented relationship builder who can identify, recruit, and negotiate with potential partners, from system integrators to consulting firms. You can establish trust and mutual goals quickly. You are tenacious but not pushy, you bring credibility but also empathy. A Doer : You're not just a planner; you're a doer. You can create a strategic plan for the region, set ambitious goals, and then execute on them independently. You're a problem-solver who isn't afraid to tackle challenges head-on. A Clear Communicator : Clear and concise communication is essential. You have experience in providing regular updates, sharing market insights, and collaborating effectively across time zones. An understanding of data science / data analytics would be really ideal, but is not a must-have as we can teach you what you need to know if you are technical. Additional languages beyond English, like Japanese or Mandarin, are a bonus. A healthy sense of humor is also always appreciated. That's the job As the Partner Manager for APAC, you'll be the first person on the ground, responsible for building and nurturing a robust partner ecosystem. You'll have the autonomy to make a significant impact on our regional growth. Build and Grow the Ecosystem : You'll be responsible for developing and executing the APAC partner strategy. This includes identifying key markets and ideal partner profiles, as well as setting recruitment and revenue goals for both new and existing partners. Recruit and Onboard : You'll actively source, qualify, and recruit new partners. You will lead the onboarding process, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed. Enable and Empower : You'll be the primary point of contact for our partners, providing them with training, product knowledge, and co-selling support. You will empower them to sell KNIME solutions to their clients effectively. Co-sell and Drive Revenue : You'll work hand-in-hand with our partners on joint sales opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure. You'll ensure a seamless process for deal registration and provide the necessary support to close business together. Manage and Grow : You'll conduct regular business reviews to track partner performance against shared goals. You will nurture top-performing partners and optimize the plans to maximize regional growth. About Us KNIME is a fast-growing international Enterprise Software company.
