* Manage smaller to medium-sized projects and deliver results within budget constraints * Identify key stakeholders, clarify roles and responsibilities, and manage them throughout the project * Work with the business/product owner to come up with project scope, prioritize goals, and ensure timely deliverables * Set up overall project planning & controlling, with a focus on managing the critical path * Manage project risks and issues, and plan resources for work packages * Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members in business and IT areas * Manage IT solution providers, both internally and externally, to deliver specified results You check these boxes:
* Advanced project management skills with minimum 3 years experience managing end-to-end projects in banking, IT, Telco or insurance industry * University degree in economics, computer science, or related technical discipline * Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE);
Scrum Master or ProductOwner certification is an advantage * Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a high customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment * Ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks, respond to ad hoc requirements, and resolve conflicts without unnecessary escalation * Possess process and solution orientation as well as strong presentation and communication skills * General understanding of main banking business related regulatory requirements * Fluency in English (verbal and written communication), additional knowledge of German and a Central European language as an advantage Why you will like us:
