Providing value to the bank and our customers with appropriate, modern and reliable risk management solutions is our mission. With our solutions we efficiently ensure regulatory compliance and provide all necessary data to allow the best possible risk decisions. Manage smaller to medium-sized projects and deliver results within budget constraints * Identify key stakeholders, clarify roles and responsibilities, and manage them throughout the project * Work with the business/product owner to come up with project scope, prioritize goals, and ensure timely deliverables * Set up overall project planning & controlling, with a focus on managing the critical path * Manage project risks and issues, and plan resources for work packages * Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members in business and IT areas * Manage IT solution providers, both internally and externally, to deliver specified results You check these boxes:
* Advanced project management skills with minimum 3 years experience managing end-to-end projects in banking, IT, Telco or insurance industry * University degree in economics, computer science, or related technical discipline * Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE);
Scrum Master or ProductOwner certification is an advantage * Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a high customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment * Ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks, respond to ad hoc requirements, and resolve conflicts without unnecessary escalation * Possess process and solution orientation as well as strong presentation and communication skills * General understanding of main banking business related regulatory requirements * Fluency in English (verbal and written communication), additional knowledge of German and a Central European language as an advantage Why you will like us:
