The Head of Process Improvement and Stewardship for Downstream Albumin & Aralast & Biologics is responsible for leading scientific and technical development, managing processes in purification, formulation, filling, and finishing. This role supports Takeda's mission by optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Direct and manage a team of Manufacturing Scientists and Process Validation Specialists.
Collaborate with site operations, including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality, to ensure expertise in robust and stable processes.
Drive the management of the Process Life Cycle, focusing on GMP Compliance, safety, and production targets.
German language sills preferred, good level of English language skills is a must
As a leader (senior manager) , you oversee a dedicated team, providing strategic guidance and mentoring. You manage projects, budgets, schedules, and engage with various stakeholders at multiple levels.
