Produkt- & Projektmanager:in für Affinity Business & Employee Benefits

  • Ganzheitliches Produktmanagement von der Idee über den Rollout bis zur Bestandsbeobachtung/-entwicklung, sowie Marktbeobachtung
  • Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen von Insurance & Non-insurance Lösungen sowie Produktunterlagen im Affinity-Bereich, spartenübergreifend,
  • Kommunikationspartner für die Stakeholder des Affinity- & Employee Benefits - geschäfts (intern & extern) sowie Vertriebsverantwortlichen MVT & EVT in den Bundesländern
  • Aufbereitung, Kommunikation und Dokumentation der Fachinhalte
  • Gestaltung von bundesweiten produktbezogenen Präsentationen (Veranstaltung & Schulung)
  • Interne Abstimmung und Monitoring der Vertriebskennzahlen (KPI)
  • Design, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Affinity- & Employee Benefitsgeschäfts-Prozesse, Erarbeitung von Affinity- & Employee Benefits - Standards, Produktentwicklungsprozess
  • Mitarbeit in fachlich geführten (ggf. IT-unterstützten) Projekten

  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools, Interesse an neuen Technologien und transformativen Lösungen
  • Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement sowie agilen Methoden und Teams
  • Fähigkeit, notwendige Prozesse schnell zu verstehen, abzubilden ggf. entwickeln
  • Fließende in Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Erfahrung
  • mind. 5 Jahre einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in Versicherungsbereichen wie Produkt-, Fachmanagment oder Vertrieb / Repräsentant
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen einfach zusammenzufassen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Geschäftspartnern und Firmenkunden
