Project & Product Manager for Key Accounts Biocides

We are growing with international Key Accounts and for the management of the related projects regarding product combination, non-standard packaging development and registrations follow up, we are looking for an experienced und competent
PROJECT & PRODUCT MANAGER FOR KEY ACCOUNTS BIOCIDES:
Location: 1220 Vienna or Bologna, Italy
Your tasks:
- Manage the projects linked to our Key Accounts in all the steps from the project definition until the first successful production
- Interface between international Key Accounts and internal departments as well as ensure a constant and prompt support to the customers
- Develop nonstandard packaging or product, defining the requirements with the customer, evaluating feasibility and risk assessment in cooperation with the internal team.
- Coordinate the requirements with customers and supervise the quality and stability testing in a business case
- Verify the feasibility and production followup, considering costing, timeline and leadtime definition and management
- Identify the procedure compliance and create or maintain the appropriate documentation
- Supervise and coordinate the registration process with the regulatory team, define the timeline in the project plan in order to respect the launch schedule desired by the customer
- Sponsor and supervise efficacy trials based on customers' needs and interpret the results together with the Entomology team and partners
Your skills:
- Relevant university degree or Master in Business Administration
- Min. 5 years' experience in product or project management in a complex, regulated and fast moving environment
- Perfect command of English, knowledge of German is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (above all Excel, Power Point and ThinkCell)
- Independent, accurate, goaloriented and structured work style
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Very good organization and implementation skills
- Good problemsolving as well as time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, think across boundaries and meet deadlines
- Strong customer and service orientation skills
