Senior Engineer Network Systems

Provide technical suppor t to provision, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and configuration issue on network infrastructure for LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC, Firewalls Day to day operation tasks such as resolve incident tickets a nd change requests Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning in network infrastructure Document operational processes and procedures Liaise with application groups on various projects and other system suppor t requirements Participate in projects and new setups like site expansion Projects- define and provision network design active & passive network infrastructure Provide on call support Work in a global virtual team You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent Minimum 1-3 years of network experience preferred Knowledge of Network and IT Standards, concepts & technology CCNA or CCNP Certification will be an added advantage The ability to read, write and speak German & English fluently, including technical concepts and terminology We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
