Analyse und Mapping der bestehenden Curricula hinsichtlich Kriterien wie z.B. Abstimmung von Lernzielen, Lernstrecke und Prüfungsformaten, Studierendenzentrierung oder Studierbarkeit Implementierung moderner Lehr- und Lernmethoden auf Basis der aktuellen Lehr-/Lernforschung unter Nutzung digitaler Technologien Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung der Support- und Prozessstrukturen im Rahmen der Curriculumsentwicklung Mitarbeit in Projekten im Bereich der Lehrkompetenzentwicklung Ihre Qualifikation:
Einschlägiges Studium oder äquivalente Aus- und Weiterbildungen und Berufserfahrung, z.B. im Bereich Didaktik oder Pädagogik, idealerweise in den Gesundheitsberufen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochschulbereich in der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Curricula – Begriffe wie Kern-Zyklus, SPICES oder ICAP sind Ihnen nicht fremd Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner und digital-gestützter Lehrformate und -methoden sowie Prüfungsformate Interesse an und idealerweise auch Erfahrung in der Lehr- und Lernforschung im Bereich der Didaktik in den Gesundheitsberufen Persönliche Eigenschaften:
