Global Brand Marketing Expert

Unlock the power of premium brand management with Red Bull as we seek a seasoned Global Brand Marketing Expert to lead our occasions marketing campaigns. With a strong understanding of the entire marketing mix, you will develop and execute global campaigns that drive awareness, relevance, and usage of our product.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our international team as we strive for innovation in occasions marketing. As a Global Brand Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing global strategic direction and guidelines for occasion marketing campaigns;
- Fostering creative development and collaboration with local teams to ensure optimal campaign execution;
- Developing global campaigns from insight identification to production coordination, and building global campaign packages for local amplification;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure holistic and impactful campaigns;
- Providing training on occasion marketing campaigns to brand teams around the world;
- Managing projects within agreed department budget and supporting the Occasions team through Business Planning process;
- Supporting the global agency for respective global projects and knowledge management topics to increase synergies and local capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 1-3 years of brand management experience with a strong understanding of the entire marketing mix;
- A university degree (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on media or digital marketing;
- Fluency in English; any additional language is a plus;
- Proficient understanding of trade marketing;
- Excellent project management capabilities;
- Strong ability to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds;
- An open-minded, international, and entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude;
- PASSION FOR PREMIUM BRAND MANAGEMENT AND LIFESTYLE BRANDS;
- Strong planning, project execution, and analytical competencies;
- Travel: occasional trips may be required.
