Für unsere Continuous Improvement Abteilung suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit eine/n Continuous Improvement Leader (M/W/D). In dieser anspruchsvollen Position arbeiten Sie mit allen Abteilungen zusammen, und unterstützen die Teams bei der Ursachenanalyse und Erarbeitung von neuen Prozessen und Verbesserungen. Zu den Hauptaufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereichen zählen: Ideenfindung über Einsparpotentiale, Prozessoptimierungen im gesamten Unternehmen und Definition von CI (Continuous Improvement) Projekten gemeinsam mit den Abteilungsverantwortlichen und unter Beachtung der Flowserve CI Richtlinien. Aktive Betreuung, Mitarbeit und Umsetzung der definierten CI-Projekte inklusive Value Stream Mapping. Begleitende Unterstützung aller Projekte bis zur Fertigstellung. Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit allen Abteilungen im Unternehmen sowie Unterstützung der Kolleg:innen bei der Abwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Flowserve CI Management und Verantwortlichkeit für positive Berichterstattung an das Flowserve CI Management sowie Berichterstattung ans lokale Management Team. Implementierung bzw. Optimierung der notwendigen Prozesse und Tools in enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT und der Flowserve CI Abteilung. Anforderungsprofil: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL / FH / UNI). Basisausbildung in SIX Sigma erforderlich. Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel). Routinierter Umgang mit verschiedensten EDV-Systemen/Datenbanken-SQL. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Veranlagung zu holistischem und analytischem Denken. Erfahrung in Teamführung und Projektmanagement. Organisationstalent und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstyl. Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität.
