Du trägst dazu bei, die Digitalisierung in der Österreichischen Post AG nachhaltig voranzutreiben, indem die erarbeiteten Lösungen den Bedürfnissen und Erwartungen der Stakeholder und des Markts entsprechen.

Flexibles Arbeiten und die Möglichkeit für Homeoffice

Du übernimmst die klare Formulierung und Abstimmung der Anforderungen mit den beteiligten externen Entwicklungspartnern und internen Teams, um die technische Machbarkeit sicherzustellen und das IT-Lösungsdesign mitzugestalten
* Du wirkst in großen und komplexen IT-Projekten und Produktentwicklungen mit, in Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Entwicklungsteams, die du inhaltlich und finanziell koordinierst und steuerst
* Du organisierst Workshops, strukturierst fachliche Anforderungen und übernimmst die Dokumentation

Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner (w/m/d) und bei der Übersetzung von fachlichen Zielen in technische Anforderungen
* Kenntnisse in der Steuerung von Lieferanten und Entwicklungspartnern und idealerweise Berufserfahrung als IT Projekt Manager*in (w/m/d)
* Entsprechende Zertifizierung von Vorteil (z.B. IREB, scrum.Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
