About Our Client
Our esteemed client is a leading company specialising in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of professional cleaning systems for hospitality, canteens, health-care, and other sectors. In the context of succession planning, we are actively seeking an experienced individual for the role of Managing Director.
Job Description
Lead the regional office in Vienna, overseeing Sales, Service, Academy and support functions (Marketing, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT) with full accountability for personnel, results, and budget, with responsibility for 4 - 5 legal entities.Ensure revenue and profit targets by advancing and implementing the growth strategy for the Austrian market and the Eastern and Southern European markets.Expand the market position in existing customer and market segments, focusing on increasing market share.Actively explore new segments and distribution channels.Continuously improve processes in Sales, Service, and Administration. Foster a collaborative relationship with the central functions of the Headquarters and the Group Executive Management.Implement the group's strategy into the regional strategy, including the derivation and execution of associated measures.Provide targeted support to employees, including personnel development within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
Proven professional and personal experience in a comparable position (expertise in Sales Leadership, Business Development, Academy, Service, Regional Leadership)A strongly sales-oriented personality with a pronounced customer and service orientationIdeally, industry knowledge and a corresponding networkLeadership and development of employeesStrong communication skillsExisting or potential residence/living in Austria, including the necessary work authorisationExcellent proficiency in German and English, preferably combined with additional language skills
