- Konzeptionelle und administrative Betreuung der ICT-Systeme: Linux- Infrastruktur, Samba, KVM, Puppet, LDAP, Kerberos, Webserver, Datenbankserver, Backup – mit Fokus auf Systemoptimierung und Innovation
- Ablösung der bisherigen Auslandsbüroserver-Infrastruktur im Zuge der Einführung von M365
- Analyse, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Incident-, Change- und Service-Requests im 3rd-Level (OTRS)
- Erarbeitung von Teil- und Gesamtkonzepten zur Weiterentwicklung, Konfiguration und Installation neuer und bestehender ICT-Systeme
- Lösung von komplexen Störungen und Anforderungen im verantworteten Fachbereich
- Technische Administration und Betreuung von Fachapplikationen
- Durchführung von teaminternen und teamübergreifenden Projektaufgaben
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom / Master / Bachelor) in der Fachrichtung Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-einschlägige Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker/in) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung und profunden Kenntnissen im o.g. Aufgabenbereich
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Reisen
- Vorteilhaft sind Kenntnisse in den Bereichen: LPIC-Zertifizierung, Linux- Distributionen, Shell, OpenVPN, Bash, Python, Windows 10/11, M365
