Audio Quality Engineer

Own quality practices in the domain to align them with the project guidelinesDefine test plans for functional and non-functional requirementsPerform exploratory testingDefine the requirements for the automated test strategies, take part in the implementation of the test suitesAssess the coverage of the software element, integration, system sanity and basic feature testsAssess and triage the incoming bugs and failed builds to assign them to the responsible teams Academic degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in computer science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification demonstrable through any relevant certification, portfolio, GitHub repositories etc.Practical experience as a test engineer on audio or similar experienceProgramming skills in language such as C++ and Python to be able to review codes written in these languagesExperience with implementation of automated test suites in PythonKnowledge of test management tools like Zephyr or XRayExperience with PulseAudio / ALSA or similar audio frameworks 30 days leave per year IT specialists hold all the cards: for its customers in industry and the public sector, Hays is looking for motivated employees who like looking at the bigger picture and growing with new challenges.
