HR Specialist f/m/x

We are seeking a proactive and open-minded individual with a passion for Human Resources and a keen eye for detail to manage and maintain our Group HR Master Data in the global SuccessFactors System. In this role, you'll collaborate with international teams, supporting the smooth running of our global HR processes while taking over various administrative tasks and assisting in projects. Sounds interesting? HR Specialist f/m/x - part-time 20h/week

 

What to expect:

  • Ensuring the quality of Master Data in our global SuccessFactors system, collaborating closely with Country HR teams at our locations worldwide
  • Creating and maintaining organizational units/positions etc in SuccessFactors and preparing global processes for roll-out in in close collaboration with the respective Global Process Lead
  • Supporting the Group HR team in various processes such as Performance Management, salary rounds bonus calculation, as well as organizing global meetings and learning events
  • Handling regular HR reporting tasks and following up on Group HR Budget
  • Coordinating and supporting HR projects as needed

 

What we expect:

  • (Commercial) High School graduation
  • Experience in HR administration or processes, preferably in a global environment
  • IT affinity, familiarity with SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of team spirit and service orientation
  • Hands-on approach
  • Structured & analytical thinking

Gross monthly salary: part-time 20h/week from € 1.637,11 (according to collective agreement), overpayment possible depending on professional qualifications and experience.

 

Location: our head office (QBC) at the central railway station (Hauptbahnhof)
