International financing of acquisitions, projects, assets or companies Structured financial products FinTech Restructuring, reorganization and insolvency law Regulatory advice to banks and other investors Capital market law, financial market law and investment funds Financial disputes and contentious proceedingsYour Profile
You will have completed your legal studies with above-average results, have excellent English and German skills, are an entrepreneurial thinker and a dedicated lawyer. Experience abroad and previous knowledge in this area, such as by way of an LL.M., a dissertation or internships are an asset but not a must.
