HR Business Partner for a premium car manufacturer

  • Consult supervisors in all questions and belongings regarding HR (incl. employee relations and resolving conflicts)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as HR policies and procedures - governance role
  • Consult managers in implementing performance management processes
  • Assist in talent management (e.g. talent identification, development, and retention)
  • Consult in change initiatives and manage the human side of change
  • Develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business needs
  • Provide coaching to managers and employees
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Ensure HR programs are communicated and implemented in the business/department.
  • Manage recruiting process (e.g. hiring strategy & plan, candidate assessment, writing job descriptions, etc.)
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information to various stakeholders
    • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to inform HR decisions and strategies
    • Problem-Solving and Strategic Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner
    • Employment Laws: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best practices in HR
