  • Provide project planning and program organization support to the program team, including resource planning, milestone tracking, and program reporting
  • Continuously collect project activities and monitor and maintain the integrated Project Plan for EIGER in TRD across the involved sites
  • Identify critical path activities and highlight them
  • Track and monitor interdependencies and potential connected risks across project Eiger and other new and ongoing projects within the TRD Biologics non-drug portfolio, particularly related to Data & Digital and automation
  • Engage in general project management activities, focusing on scheduling, interdependency management, and risk mitigation
  • Regularly update and maintain the weekly/monthly progress of the project for internal reporting, including key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • University Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Life Sciences)
    • Multiple years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical environment
    • Ability to manage interdependencies and identify critical path activities
    • Strong communication skills for internal reporting and stakeholder engagement
    • Experience maintaining progress reports and KPIs of large-scale projects
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
    • Understanding of Data & Digital solutions and automation in biologics projects
