We are looking for a Global Application Manager Wet End (m/f/d) in Graz, Vienna or optionaly Sweden or Finland.

 

Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement the Paper Machine Wet End application strategy considering market needs and product portfolio.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain application tools and procedures for global utilization meeting market requirements
  • Communicate health & safety relevant information to head of engineering and global product group manager. 
  • Provide marketing material to regional product manager and train them.
  • Active sales support on request.
  • Initiate continues R&D Ideas generation and drive implementation of new products
  • Responsible to release and to fulfil guarantee figures. 
  • Ensure close co-operation and interaction with Global Product Group Managers and Regional Product Managers for regular market feedback from the Region.
  • Provide an annual budget in concert with Sales Force / Regional Managers and Product Group Directors. 
  • Prepare and maintain technical portal (e.g. knowledge base, application tools)


Your Profile

  • University degree or training in paper technology 
  • A minimum of 3 years hands on experience in papermaking (e.g. machine/line leader, S/U engineer)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in leading small teams is desirable
  • Affinity for marketing and sales
  • Ability to collaborate in global and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proven strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Self-motivated and proactive work approach.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.682,25 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
