CRM Administrator

About the role

Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager (ROW), this role focuses on optimising the performance of the ‘Salesforce’ application through the identification of enhancements and education across the user groups to deliver a smooth customer experience via our B2B CRM platform.

Note: This is a 12-month parental leave cover contract

• Oversee user access, security, and maintain the CRM system, ensuring updates and integrations are functional

• Guarantee data integrity within the CRM and Power BI, managing data quality and system integrations

• Provide comprehensive training, support, and documentation to enhance user engagement with the CRM

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine CRM functionalities and drive ongoing system enhancements

About you

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our ANZ team. You are able to strike the right balance between responding to user needs and pain points whilst aligning with business priorities.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration and configuration

• Experience in training and supporting end-users

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Salesforce certification would be a plus
