The Opportunity
Based in Adelaide managing A-grade commercial assets for our premium client: Charter Hall
Lead a small team of Facility Managers in the delivery of Building Operations and Facility Management, providing day to day technical and operational support
Co-ordinate and maintain building operations optimum efficiency and cost effectiveness Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the assets

About you
Extensive commercial Facilities management experience
Sound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management services.
Excellent people and team management skills with a track record in creating excellent team culture
