Senior Claims Adviser

An opportunity has become available for a Senior Claims Advisor to join our Claims team in Perth.

The successful candidate will provide a high level of claims management services and strategic claims advice to large corporate clients and brokers through consulting, advisory, advocacy and negotiation.

We will count on you to:
- Meet service levels set out in Client Service Agreement or Claims Unit standard
- Manage basic to moderately complex claims according to the Companyâs processes and client agreements, liaising with the Major Claims Unit as required
- Respond to queries from clients and brokers
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports including claims trends analysis
- Prepare quarterly and/or annual claims reviews
- Attend client meetings.
What you need to have:Â
- 3+ years of Corporate Insurance Claims experience
- Exposure to Liability and Industrial Special Risks claims would be highly regarded
- Compliance with Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus
- Ability to work autonomously and meet set KPIâs.
