In this Senior Product Manager role you will lead the Atlassian Design System offering. Atlassian Design System is a collection of principles, methodologies, and tools for content, design, and front-end code. These visual and conceptual standards form a language that empowers teams to craft harmonious Atlassian experiences.
You will inspire and lead the teams in the Design System group, define the vision & strategy, analyse customer needs, and prioritise features and improvements. You will partner with engineering and design to form a leadership triad. Your mission will be to make a world-class design system.If you tick a couple of the below boxes, great Throw your hat in the ring and we can go from there;
- Passionate about frontend engineering and across the latest technologies and frameworks.
- Worked as a PM for a fast-paced tech company, ideally in a design-heavy role. Previous experience leading a Design System is a plus.
- Experience prioritising opportunities and launching features for customers
- Ability to paint a compelling vision and define strategy and goals to inspire your teams and partners
- Strong track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels across the organisation
