Senior Product Manager

They manage the entire home loan process from start to finish, ensuring smooth distribution through both proprietary and third-party channels. Their mission is to deliver the best home loan experiences for our customers while continuously improving and managing risk.
Do Work That Matters
As a Product Manager at the Senior Manager Level, you will lead the end-to-end product roadmap/strategy, development, delivery, and bring in innovative ideas and new technologies to improve the home loan services. Reimagine and simplify the home loan process with cutting-edge technology, including AI, to balance commercial outcomes and risk management. You will lead a brand-new squad and set the bar for good quality product management and delivery. Bring your visionary mindset to think about long-term customer value and context.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, fostering a collaborative problem-solving approach.
- Value Delivery: Measure and experiment to ensure every initiative adds value to customers and shareholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and compliance across all work streams.
- Design Thinking: Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design.
- Roadmap Leadership: Develop the product roadmap and engage senior stakeholders to manage its delivery.
- Squad Leadership: Lead the squad in delivering change and lifecycle activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization.
- Performance Management: Track objectives and key results (OKRs) to manage squad performance.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Owner in the Home Buying space (experience working in a Fintech is a massive plus).
- Expertise in home buying products and home loan operations.
- Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies.
- Experience in defining product roadmaps and delivering product visions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
- Agile methodology experience, ideally within an Agile Matrix environment.
- A customer and data-obsessed mindset.
