Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: ⢠Analyze business processes and assist in identifying optimization opportunities to enhance customer and client experience. ⢠Participate in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. ⢠Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client satisfaction. ⢠Support the implementation of process changes and enhancements. ⢠Collaborate with team members to ensure project success. ⢠Document process modifications and improvements for future reference. ⢠Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders. ⢠Stay informed about industry trends related to customer experience and process optimization. Basic Qualifications: ⢠Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience ⢠Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role ⢠Proven experience in business process services and data analysis ⢠Experience in data-driven decision support ⢠Proficiencies in data analytics and process mapping ⢠A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: ⢠Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus ⢠Relevant certifications (e.g., Data Analytics Professional, Six Sigma Yellow Belt) a plus
