About the Position:

Are you wholeheartedly a P&C powerhouse? 

As a People & Culture Partner, you'll be the go-to advisor for our clients across three Australian states. Collaborate with business leaders to craft and execute innovative solutions that supercharge engagement, productivity, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, grasping their unique needs and challenges through coaching teams and leaders in People and Culture processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute people and culture strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Be the trusted advisor on a wide range of people & culture initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, and organisational development.
  • Lead change management initiatives and champion a culture of continuous improvement for both the company and our clients.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience as a People & Culture business partner or Client Partner with a consulting firm.
  • Experience participating and leading of industrial negotiations
  • Experience in inspiring high levels of employee engagement
  • Strong Operational P&C experience in end to end processes such as recruitment & selection, performance management, organisational development, talent & succession planning, change management, remuneration & benefits and analysis of metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret employment contracts, awards and enterprise agreements and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
