Position Summary:

  • Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

  • Assist with setting up and delivery of food, in both buffet and a la carte service

  • Provide a dedicated personalised club concierge service

  • Prepare for arrival and departure guests, check in and check out service, liaising with other departments during guest journey to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Provide food and beverage service throughout the club lounge’s 5 daily meal periods

  • Support Club in general operational tasks

  • Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience

  • Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings

About You:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role

  • Working rights in Australia

  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career

  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment

  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude

  • Food and beverage and front office service experience preferred

  • Hold an approved Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate
