Aufgabenbereich:
  • Verantwortung für die IT-Services im Bereich Customer Relations (z.B. SAP SD, CRM System)
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und der IT zur Implementierung von neuen und verbesserten IT-Services
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams (ca. 10 Personen)
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Änderungen und Verbesserungen sowie Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen
  • Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der implementierten Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung des Supports und Betreuung der Fachabteilungen
  • Monitoring und Reporting der betreuten IT-Services im Customer Relationship Management
Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Fokus auf Sales, Service oder Marketing
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in IT gestützten CRM-Prozessen, idealerweise in einem global agierenden Unternehmen
  • Hohe IT Affinität und fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP SD sowie gängigen CRM Systemen (z.B. SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Umfassendes Verständnis Sales, Service und Marketing Abläufe
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung von CRM-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Servicemanagement (ITIL) von Vorteil
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
