Property Manager - Flexibility, Support & Fabulous Culture - North Portfolio

$80,000 – $90,000 per year including bonuses

Leave Support: We assist you when you take leave, during peak periods, and in navigating difficult situations. A dedicated assistant will manage your portfolio during your leave with guidance from the Head of PM.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Property Manager with at least 2 years of experience, preferably someone who has owned a home or investment property to better understand the industry and our clients.

You should love what you do and be willing to go the extra mile to provide the best customer service to all of our clients.

You should live within 30 minutes of all properties in your portfolio to ensure efficiency.

What will you be doing?

You will manage property leasing for our North Portfolio from Wembley to Heathridge.

The portfolio consists of 103 well-managed properties with everything up to date. A full handover will be provided from the current property manager who is leaving to have a baby, and you will be their replacement. This is not a temporary or contract position.

You will be the single point of contact for clients, heavily supported by our admin team.

Your duties will include:

  • Advertising and showing properties for lease.
  • Routine inspections.
  • Handling maintenance.
  • Final bond inspections.
  • Rent Reviews - with assistance.
  • Lease renewals - with assistance.
  • Management Authority Renewals - with assistance.
  • Arrears management - with assistance.
  • Building relationships.
  • No PCRs.
  • No Document Preparation.
