As a Bookings Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless patient appointments and high-quality service delivery. This leadership role offers an opportunity to drive operational efficiency, support staff development, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Role Overview:

  • Position Type: Maternity leave cover full-time
  • Location: East Melbourne/Collins St conveniently located near public transport

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support Bookings Administrators & Administrators
  • Ensure smooth coordination of patient bookings and specialist schedules
  • Manage team workflows, training, and performance reviews
  • Oversee compliance with clinic policies and procedures
  • Handle complex patient queries, feedback, and complaints
  • Work closely with clinicians, administration, and nursing teams
  • Monitor KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in medical administration (essential)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (essential)
  • Experience with eIVF and Genie (desirable)
  • Strong administrative, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in medical booking systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to train and mentor team members
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of healthcare systems and terminology (desirable)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
