Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive impactful product enhancements and elevate the user experience. In this role, you'll shape the strategic direction of key initiatives, crafting innovative solutions to strengthen our platform, with the potential of leading a team in the near future.

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Vienna, with a hybrid work model blending office and remote flexibility.

Some of the things you'll work on:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to deliver powerful, user-friendly features
  • Lead continuous discovery efforts, conducting interviews and gathering insights to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, UX, and Engineering teams to facilitate agile development processes, from daily stand-ups to roadmap planning
  • Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities through customer discovery and market analysis
  • Use data-driven, hypothesis-based approaches to de-risk decisions and ensure measurable success
  • Present ideas and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, advocating for the team's vision
We're excited if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or software, ideally in marketing technology or related industries, with exposure to team leadership or mentorship
  • A passion for solving complex customer problems through innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting metrics, generating insights, and guiding actions
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and product marketing teams
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, enabling adaptability in fast-paced environments

We offer a competitive salary package starting at €80.000 gross per year. In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
