At Journi, a creative tech company and Austria's most innovative start-up of 2024, we’re building the world’s #1 most-downloaded printing app. Our app empowers customers to effortlessly create beautiful photo books and other print products. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print. Looking for an opportunity to learn, improve, face challenges, and become an integral part of the product team of a fast-growing startup? As a Product Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping our products and driving meaningful impact for our customers.

What You'll Do

  1. Take ownership of our product development process and guide a cross-functional team to success.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our products and market landscape to stay ahead of the competition.
  3. Collaborate closely with other teams to define OKRs and set ambitious yet achievable product milestones.
  4. Identify opportunities for improvements based on customer insights, market trends, and company goals.
  5. Plan and document features and experiments to continuously optimize our product.
  6. Work with designers to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience.
  7. Partner with engineers and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and estimate efforts.
  8. Drive product implementation, track progress, and analyze outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
  9. Have a strong focus on product vision, being the advocate for your product area.
  10. Align this product vision with business objectives and champion it across the company.
YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

  1. Passion for mobile & web technology, with a strong interest in photo/printing/blogging apps.
  2. 4+ years of experience in product management, in digital products, or app development.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common goal.
  4. Excellent understanding of UX design principles and the ability to work with UI/UX.
  5. A self-starter mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  6. Able to work with and prototype in Figma, to bring your product concept to life.
  7. Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining a strategic outlook and diving into the details when needed.
  8. A team player who inspires and motivates others to achieve their best work.
  9. You’re constantly learning, open to feedback, and ready to challenge the status quo.
  10. EU citizenship or a valid work visa for Austria (we’re unable to provide sponsorship at this time).
  11. Willingness to relocate to Vienna or already based here—because who wouldn’t want to live in the world’s most liveable city?
What We Offer

  1. A fair yearly gross salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement, starting at €60,000. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications amongst other factors.
