This position reports toHead of Quality & OpEx Management
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will oversee the automation of business processes using advanced technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). You will develop and implement the automation strategy and support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy at a global organizational level. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing processes in collaboration with the business to identify and assess automation opportunities and evaluate return on investment for a prioritized pipeline.
- Scoping, designing, and managing projects including project documentation, collaborating with automation developers, and managing the full lifecycle of automation projects.
- Promoting awareness and commitment regarding continuous improvement at the management level across the organization.
- Monitoring the performance of automation solutions and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Providing training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits aligned with business needs in collaboration with management and Continuous Improvement teams.
- Developing automation standards, policies, and procedures in collaboration with IT.
- Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process automation or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of intelligent automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of €4,215.39 gross/month, with a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
