Location: Eggelsberg/Salzburg

This position reports to R&D Global Unit Lead.

Your role and responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand behavior and pain points, create design artifacts to promote a user-centric approach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions.

Furthermore:

  • You will be tasked with leading the UX process within your designated product area, while consistently advocating for a user-centric approach within your team.
  • Advocate for the prioritization of user-centered design changes, refinements, and improvements.
  • Leverage our internal UX Design System while actively contributing to its continuous improvement and evolution.
  • Participate in various initiatives as a member of the UX team and contribute to elevating the organization's UX maturity level.
Qualifications For The Role
  • Studies in the field of Computer Science are beneficial; relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer, working within cross-functional teams to conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and build prototypes.
  • Ability to swiftly grasp and understand a complex B2B developer tool will be prioritized.
  • Portfolio of your best projects displaying your direct contributions as a UX designer.
  • This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with using our primary UX design tool: Figma.
  • Very good English skills; German skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team, self-organized, open-minded personality.
