Aufgaben

In dieser verantwortungsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Position übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle im Bereich Controlling. Sie sind nicht nur ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Teams, sondern tragen maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Steuerungs- und Berichtsinstrumente bei. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Monatsreporting & Analyse: Erstellung von Monatsreports, Abweichungs- und Ergebnisanalysen sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung.
  • Budget- und Forecast-Management: Verantwortung für Budgetplanung und Forecasts im Bereich Retail und Tochtergesellschaften.
  • Optimierung & Weiterentwicklung: Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Steuerungs- und Berichtsinstrumenten, Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Kompetente/r Ansprechpartner/in für Produktmanager, Geschäftsführer und Vorstand.
  • Vorstandsanalysen: Erstellung präziser Analysen und Präsentationen für den Vorstand.

Ihr Profil

Sie sind ein engagierter, lösungsorientierter und analytischer Kopf mit einer Leidenschaft für Zahlen und strategischem Denken. Ihr Profil umfasst:

  • Akademische Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder Controlling.
  • Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung im Controlling/Rechnungswesen wünschenswert, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungssektor.
  • Technische Expertise: Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Erfahrung mit SQL, SAP, PowerBI, R und Python von Vorteil.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Sehr gute Auffassungsgabe, analytische Kompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Kommunikation: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist.
  • Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
