About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a full-time position as Country Controller for our CEE Markets. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability in the CEE region. Your responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning process and performance of earnings analyses and forecast calculations for VIG Group companies in the CEE region
  • Close cooperation with the VIG Managing Board member responsible for the country to support strategic decisions and corporate management
  • Support and implementation of local projects in the respective markets
  • Independent preparation of reports, ad hoc analyses, and preparation of documents for the Supervisory Board of VIG Group companies
  • Ensure a sound financial assessment of economic development and market opportunities within the CEE region
About You

To be successful in this role, you must have several years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in financial or analysis-related areas. Strong analytical skills and a precise and structured way of communicating are essential. Initiative and a proactive approach to work, team orientation, and strong interpersonal skills are also required. Solution-oriented, independent, and responsible working approaches are highly valued.
