In dieser Rolle bist Du für den strategischen Einkauf für Produktteile (vorwiegend Kunststoff und Silikonteile), Elektrische Produkte, Produktverpackungen und Services verantwortlich. Du erweiterst ein neu formiertes Team und arbeitest eng mit der Produktentwicklung und den Produktionsstandorten zusammen. Deine Aufgaben * Identifizierung und Qualifizierung von geeigneten Lieferanten/Partnerunternehmen in Abstimmung mit den Anforderungen der Projekt- und Unternehmensziele * Auswahl der Lieferanten und Partnerunternehmen in Abstimmung mit anderen Organisationseinheiten * Führen von Preisgesprächen und Lieferantenverhandlungen * Erstellung, Verhandlung und Wartung von Verträgen und Vorlagen * Laufende Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau des Lieferanten- und Partnernetzwerkes mit dem Ziel Qualität, Liefertreue und Kosten zu verbessern * Unterstützung der internen und externen Supply Chain * Monitoring von Trends und Entwicklungen am globalen Beschaffungsmarkt * Einsteuern der kaufmännischen Daten ins ERP System Dein Profil * Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Höhere Schule, FH oder Universität) * Mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Einkauf von Kunststoff- und/oder Verpackungsteilen und/oder Elektronikkomponenten * Betriebswirtschaftliches und rechtliches Grundlagenwissen * Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und freundliches Auftreten sowie Verhandlungskompetenz * Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Programme * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Unser Angebot Wir sind top - als Unternehmen und als Team.
